LIFT items are selected either by myself or by one of my guest editors. If you have a cool tip, please share it with me! And, no, you can't pay to be featured on LIFT. That's what advertising is for, and it's clearly labeled as such. I do not want to destroy the legitimacy, integrity, and fun of this blog. Plus, I'll never earn your trust that way.

For the most part, I take the photos ... but from time to time I use Getty Images, iStockphoto (where I am currently a stock photographer) and Bauer-Griffin.

BlogBurst.comLastly, this site is syndicated through Blogburst, so it's likely that you'll see LIFT on Fox News, Reuters, or USA Today.com.

I hope that you continue to enjoy LIFT. I look forward to publishing it.

Vosges Chocolates: Show Me The Bunny

220_245_large.jpgYou are what you eat. And you happen to think of yourself as fit, fabulous and even somewhat healthy.

So with Easter around the corner, dark chocolate must be on your mind.

You've read it before: Dark chocolate, the richer in cocoa the better, is not only a to-die-for treat, it's actually good for you. And just 1 oz of a very dark chocolate packs more than twice the healthy antioxidant punch of red wine.

My new find: These little Chocolate Bunnies.

At first glance, they may seem a little on the plain side but their secret is in the taste; not to mention that they are cute as hell. These solid dark chocolate rabbits come in 2 exotic flavors: Red Fire Bunny is flavored with Mexican spices and Black Pearl Bunny is Japanese with wasabi and ginger.

Pure pleasure for all you chocolate bunny lovers.

We know you're out there.
