George Foreman: This father of ten thriving children delivers knock-out advice on the art of being a dad
In his new book "Fatherhood by George,"George Foreman, is an international symbol of a positive attitude, determination, and athleticism. He's also well known for having ten children, five boys (all named George) and five girls. As a man who strives to live in obedience to the Ultimate Father, Foreman has a powerful perspective on effective fatherhood. Through his own experiences as a son in a single-parent home, as a faithful father, and now as a grandfather, he knows what works and what doesn't -- all with a dose of humor and humility.
Think of reading this book as an opportunity to bask in your impending fatherhood challenges, calm your jitters, and gather advice from a more experienced 'can do' been there, done that type of man.
Who knows? You might just find yourself approaching fatherhood in a whole new way.

Feed your daddy: 5 Father's Day breakfast ideas sure to please
It's that time of the year again; summer is just around the corner. You smell the barbecues in your neighborhood and the Thong Song is blaring from someone's car radio for the hundredth time today (the years go by so fast, don't they.) Yes, with the coming of summer so comes Father's Day, the time to say thanks and show your appreciation to what your dad refers to as your mom's 'better half'. And while Mother's Day seems to get all the glory, Father's Day is every bit as important. It gives us all an opportunity to show our dad that he really is appreciated. But, all to often, when Father's Day rolls around ... well, dear old Dad is lucky if someone throws a steak on the grill.
So this year, start a new tradition of spoiling your father (or your children's father) with a unique (and healthy) breakfast. Here are a few of my favorites (yes, I have made these before.):
Pan-Seared Oatmeal with Warm Fruit Compote and Cider Syrup
Liquid Ohm
Coconut Frushi
Coconut French Toast with Grilled Pineapple and Tropical Salsa
Blueberry Blender

Gift Guide: Wrist-mounted digital camera for the active dad
Don't you just hate it when you're catching a wave, reach inside your wetsuit for your digital camera and get tossed on your ass before you even get the shot framed? The problem: Technology and nature aren't exactly best friends. In fact, expensive electronics and outdoor water sports are a very lethal combination, often ending in disaster.
The solution: GoPro, a little company with a big idea, has rendered these Kodak moments attainable with its tiny, technological titan called the Digital Hero 3. Encased in an airtight plastic housing, this matchbook-sized (and I mean that) camera straps to your wrist (or handlebars or kayak paddle) to capture thrills and spills as they happen.
Make no mistake, this little digital camera is not for professionals. On the other hand, for amateurs looking to take some fun shots while in the field, in the water, or even on the slopes; The Digital Hero 3 Camera is cool.

Swimwear that suits him just fine
If the seasons held a popularity contest, spring would win hands down. The blooms, the skip in your step, the thoughts of summer right around the corner, blah blah blah. But it’s not all fun, games and cherry blossoms.
Take that moment you first glimpse at yourself in the mirror and realize with horror that you simply don’t have the muscle tone — or skin tone — for any of it. Basically spring (and summer) poses a slew of fashion dilemmas for guys, so here are a few tips to help you avoid those so-scary warm-weather faux pas.
Sure, if you're an Adonis (and slightly self-absorbed), you can opt for a snug Speedo. But for most guys, board short styles are a better swimwear solution. They're pretty foolproof: loose enough to draw attention away from the extra pounds, but with enough coverage to mask those chicken legs!
One of my favorite designers: Vilebrequin. They have the best 'father and son' collection, which can make a great Father's Day gift. And, another favorite of mine is Vineyard Vines.
So, if you’ve got it, flaunt it.
Just don’t flaunt all of it.
